| Jack Cuvo's Wrestling Warehouse can ship overnight, two-day,
or regular ground shipping with UPS. We generally ship UPS but do ship
Federal Express, and US Postal Service. Please call to specify method
of shipping if you have a preference other than UPS. If you need
exact shipping cost before shipment please contact us before submitting
your order. There is 15% restocking fee charged to any customer that cancels
their order for any reason after you have submitted your order through
the net regardless if it has shipped or not. There is a 15% restocking
fee for any orders that are misordered. The other 85% can be redeemed
with store credit only. NO REFUNDS. Additional
freight will be charged for misordering and anyone wanting to returning
merchandise has to call for a return authorization number to be placed
on the front of the package or the package will be refused (also, if package
is sent back, customer is responsible for all shipping costs).
You are charged 15 % re-stocking fee if the model is changed. No
restocking fees or additional shipping will be charged if we send you the
wrong size, color, etc due to our error. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Disover, Debit Cards, Money orders, Approved purchase orders (payable
within 30 days of receipt of product), personal and company checks.
Our merchandise comes with a 30 day warranty for all defects of workmanship.
We do not accept any defective products back after 30 days from purchase
for any reason. We will mach or beat a price for a current model item
over the phone only before an order is placed through our order form and
not after it has been placed. We need proof of the advertised
price of the product in which you would like us to match or beat (Example:
Their company website and/or phone number of faxed ad). We do not
match or beat prices if the company does not have the item in stock.
