Cuvo's Wrestling Warehouse offers the following shipment options: UPS ground shipping, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Overnite. We also ship with US Postal service for any order that has been placed from an APO address, out of country or Hawaii. Although you may specify what type of shipping that you prefer, this does not mean that you are guaranteed your order within that time period. By choosing one of the options, you are only indicating the method of shipment that we will use to send your package. This does not include the time it takes to process your order and/or ordering from our suppliers in the event that we do not have it in stock. For example, if you choose Overnite shipping, it might take a day or two to ship the package from us, but once shipped, it will be going to you overnite. Cancellations after an order has been placed for any reason still requires a 15% restocking fee and/or cancellation fee plus loss of all freight (regardless of whether you have received your package or not. During our busy time from September 1st through March31st, we can not and will not check on an order that is being shipped via regular UPS ground freight if it has not been longer than 1 week. Your order will ship faster with us, if you order through our order form rather than calling our phone number. All phone order take longer to enter into our system.
